Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Kyloen is free during beta and we don't ask for any credit card, debit card, or payment information. Simply create an account, give parental consent, and your child can start using Kylo immediately.

What's included during beta?

Beta access includes 100% of Kyloen's features — the personalised AI companion (Kylo), CBSE/ICSE AI tutor, parent dashboard with mood tracking, career discovery, and weekly progress reports. There is no stripped-down version.

What happens when the beta ends?

Kyloen is free during beta (planned at ₹499/month after launch). We will email every parent well before any paid plan begins, and nothing is charged automatically because we never collect card details during beta. If you choose not to continue, your child's account is paused, not deleted — and you can delete everything with one tap at any time.

How long does it take to set up Kyloen for my child?

Setup takes under 5 minutes. Create a parent account, add your child's name, age, and class — and Kylo is ready. Your child then meets Kylo through a short, fun onboarding game that personalises the experience to their interests.
