What does the Parent Dashboard actually show me?
The Parent Dashboard shows weekly mood trend summaries, broad topic categories your child has been exploring, any safety flags with context, your child's learning milestones, and mascot evolution progress. It deliberately does not show full conversation transcripts — children who feel completely monitored stop using Kylo honestly, which undermines its benefit.
Can I cancel and what happens to my child's data?
You can cancel any time from your Parent Dashboard. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Your child's data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate, then permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion by emailing support@kyloen.com.
