Our refund commitment

We want every parent to feel confident trying Kyloen. If you are not satisfied after your first payment, we offer a full refund within 7 days — no questions asked, no forms to fill, no fine print.

7-day full refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request it within 7 calendar days of your first ever payment
  • Your account is in good standing (not suspended for policy violations)

This 7-day window applies to your very first payment only. It does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals.

The refund is 100% of the amount paid — no processing fees deducted.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period already paid. If you cancel after the 7-day window, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain full access to Kyloen until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.

How cancellation works

You can cancel at any time from:

Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email. You keep full access until your billing period ends.

How to request a refund

Option 1 — From your account:

Settings → Subscription → Request Refund (available within 7 days of first payment)

Option 2 — By email:

Email billing@kyloen.com with:

  • Subject: REFUND REQUEST — [your account email]
  • Your registered email address
  • Date of payment
  • Reason (optional — helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used (credit card, debit card, or UPI).

School and institutional plans

School plans (B2B institutional subscriptions) are non-refundable once the school onboarding process is completed and student accounts have been created. If a school wishes to cancel before onboarding is complete, a full refund is available. For school plan queries, email billing@kyloen.com.

Free trial

Kyloen offers a 14-day free trial. During the trial, no payment is taken. Your payment method is only charged when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made and no refund is required.
